The college basketball transfer portal is open! Here are the most notable players in the portal and where they're going to play next season.

MAY 27

Tajavis Miller - Headed to New Mexico Miller will make the move to New Mexico, VerbalCommits.com reports.

Impact Miller will join the Lobos after spending the past three seasons with North Dakota State. The 6-foot-4 junior appeared in 30 games this past season, averaging 10.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists on 21.2 minutes per game. Miller, who shot 51 percent from the field and 36.7 percent from three (three attempts per game), will look to translate his efficiency to the Mountain West this coming fall.

Deyton Albury - Transfers to New Mexico Albury will transfer to New Mexico, Connor Morrissette of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Albury averaged 7.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists last season at Utah State, a year in which he played in 34 games and started 223. Now, he'll remain in the Mountain West and head to the Lobos, where he should instantly compete for a starting role.

JT Rock - Joining the Lobos Rock has announced his commitment to New Mexico ahead of the 2025-26 season, per his personal X.com account.

Impact Rock will make the move to the Mountain West following a one-year stint with Iowa State. The 7-foot-1 freshman appeared in nine games during his time with the Cyclones, averaging 0.7 points and 0.7 rebounds on 2.2 minutes per game. Rock will look to take on a more prominent role with the Lobos this upcoming season.

Kallai Patton - Joining the Lobos Patton has announced his commitment to New Mexico, via his personal X.com account.

Impact Patton will make the move to New Mexico after spending one season with USC. The 6-foot-4 freshman appeared in just one game during his time with the Trojans, posting eight points, six rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks across 22 minutes of action against the Ducks. Plagued by undisclosed issues for most of the season, Patton will look for a fresh start with New Mexico next season.

Impact Patton will make the move to New Mexico after spending the 2024-25 season with USC. The 6-foot-8 sophomore, who started his collegiate career with San Diego, averaged 3.1 points, 1.2 rebounds, 0.4 steals and 0.4 blocks across 27 games with the Trojans last season.

Antonio Chol - Transfers to New Mexico Chol has committed to New Mexico, Jeff Goodman of TheFieldof68.com reports.

Impact After spending one season in the JUCO ranks with Garden City Community College, Chol is back in Division I after his commitment to New Mexico. He spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career playing sparingly at Rutgers, and now he will look to make much more of an impact with the Wolfpack.

Chris Howell - Transferring to New Mexico Howell is transferring to New Mexico, per Geoff Grammer of the Albuquerque Journal.

Impact Howell is headed to New Mexico after averaging 5.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 35 games during his lone season at UC San Diego. He spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career at Saint Mary's and has one season of eligibility remaining.
